Application for membership must be made on the Club Application Form which is available from the Club Office. Sponsorship by two members of the club is suggested, but applicants who do not know any club members should not hesitate to apply, as sponsorships can usually be arranged after the applicant meets with a member of the Membership Committee. This Committee reviews each application and makes its recommendation to the Board of Directors. Following action by the Board of Directors, the applicant is notified by mail. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required with the application. If accepted for membership, this deposit is credited to the cost of the Membership Fee. There is no fixed membership fee. The Club maintains a record of membership certificates which may be used for sale. After an applicant is approved by the Board of Directors, he/she should purchase an existing membership certificate for sale, via the Club Manager. Payment is then made to the Club, which deducts a transfer fee and remits the balance to the seller. |
